Gathering of the Goddesses

Pittsburgh Festival Opera is kicking off our 2020 season in the biggest way possible: Gathering of the Goddesses will feature a concert performance with Pittsburgh Festival Opera’s new Artistic Director and world renowned mezzo-soprano Marianne Cornetti and two of today’s most in-demand dramatic sopranos Christine Goerke and Alexandra Loutsion. Pittsburgh Festival Opera is kicking off our 2020 season in the biggest way possible: Gathering of the Goddesses will feature a concert performance with Pittsburgh Festival Opera’s new Artistic Director and world renowned mezzo-soprano Marianne Cornetti and two of today’s most in-demand dramatic sopranos Christine Goerke and Alexandra Loutsion. A black-tie evening of dessert & dancing with music by John Pastin and Friends featuring Danielle Pastin will round out the celebration. Proceeds benefit Pittsburgh Festival Opera’s Young Professional Artist Program. Roseanne Wholey and Juddson Poeske serve as co-chairs for this exciting event.

The evening will take place at the award-winning Pittsburgh Playhouse at Point Park University on June 20, 2020, beginning at 7:30. Tickets are $250 per person.
