Organized to coincide with and complement Pattern Makers on view in the adjacent Cantilever Gallery, the artists in this exhibition have used a variety of materials--wood, clay, Plexiglas, metal, stone, found objects, wire, felt, silver leaf, oil and acrylic paint--to create their pieces. Whether applied or implied, they share an affinity to surface.
